My method is pretty simple, so I hope you are not expecting a long, drawn-out multi-chapter textbook.
I know some so-called Internet Marketing gurus can be pretty long-winded. If you ask them what time it is, they’ll tell you how to build a Swiss watch!
But I respect that your time is valuable, so I’m only going to give you the berries and not the whole bush.
My “secret” for earning a second income by selling information products on the Internet – without having to do any writing – is to use Private Label Rights products, or PLR for short.
If that surprises you, or makes you suspicious, your instincts are good. A lot of PLR products are crap and not worth the time it takes to download them for free.
But if you select carefully and pick good ones, they can be your stepping stones to the lifestyle you want…
Having the freedom to enjoy life to the fullest, while doing only what you love, and spending as little time as possible “chopping wood and carrying water.”
How To Use PLR to Create and SELL Your Own Information Products
Selling information products is trickier than creating them, so let’s cover that first.
The two best markets for selling information are Warrior Plus and JVZoo. Of the two, I prefer Warrior+. I find the products sold there tend to be better quality, so it has a better reputation.
What’s great is that there are literally thousands of affiliate marketers who earn their income by selling products that are listed on Warrior+ and JVZoo. You can get them to sell your products for you in return for a percentage of your selling price.
If you create a product that sells for $18 and you pay 50% commissions, then you can have an army of affiliates doing the selling for you, while you sit back and collect $9 for each of their sales.
It’s not all that hard to set up an account on Warrior+ and then list products for sale by affiliates, so I’m not going to train you how to do that here, but there are several good videos on YouTube that will walk you through the steps if you need help.
How to Create Information Products
Believe it or not, lots of the famous name “experts” who sell “Make Money Online” and “Business Opportunities” products do not create them from scratch. Rather, they use PLR or White Label products that they purchased elsewhere.
The better they are, the more skillfully they re-brand, re-name, edit, and in some cases even re-write the text. But lots of the information products you see for sale on Warrior+ and JVZoo started out as PLR.
That’s what I do, and now I’ll share my secrets with you…
Where to Find The Best PLR to Work With
As mentioned earlier, you can find literally thousands of PLR products available to download for free simply by doing a Google Search for “download free PLR.” Some of it might be usable, but my hunch is that you get what you pay for.
But if you’re shrewd, you’ll pay as little as possible.
I came across a source of PLR products that are better than most, and can be had for almost free, on a limited-time basis. The website is MonthlyContent.com, and it’s run by Ryan Evan, who has a very good track record. He’s been in the business for 15 years, so he must be doing something right.
I know for a fact that dozens, if not hundreds of the information products now for sale on Warrior+ and JVZoo started out as PLR obtained from MonthlyContent.com.

How To Stay Out of Trouble
There are actually several different categories of resell rights products. Besides PLR, some are MRR (Master Resell Rights) and others are called White Label. Each product comes with a license, and you need to read each license in order to understand what you are and are not legally allowed to do with it. Don’t automatically assume you can give it away as a free “lead magnet” for example. You really need to unzip each product package and read the license file to stay out of legal trouble.
There are as many as a dozen more places that I will recommend where you can get good quality PLR products at reasonable prices, but – especially if you’re just getting started – you will not find a larger selection at a better price than 14-days of Monthly Content for $1.00 from Ryan Evan.
How to Work With PLR for Success
I told you earlier that I make money by selling information products without doing any writing, and that’s true. But I do lots of editing, and some re-writing. Still, the hard work, such as market research, product research, outlining, first draft, product design, graphics work, and final drafts have already been done. So all I do (and therefore all you’ll need to do) is make a few changes and tweaks to transform it into something unique.
Obviously, you need to change the name. Depending on what you’ll be doing with your new product, you might want to pick a name that has a domain available. For example, if the product is about how to make money online in the information products business, and you think you might like to name it “The Royal Road to Riches,” then why not see if the domain “royalroad.com” or “roadtoriches.com” are available. Your product may have a higher perceived value if your sales letter is hosted on its own unique domain. It’s up to you, and of course it’s optional.
If you want to register your own domain name, the best place I’ve found to get them is NameCheap.com. As the name implies, their rates are lower than Godaddy and just about anywhere else. Price notwithstanding, I like them better than Godaddy, as I find their website is easier to navigate.
The Best Way to Use PLR
You must re-name, re-brand, re-write and re-package PLR products to become successful in selling them. The more you focus on this final step, the more likely you are to succeed. But I’m sure you know that it’s better to work smarter than it is to work harder. And that’s why I’m not going to set up a course on how to massage a PLR product into a shiny new money-maker.
